Ils avaient déjà implanter l’authentification multi-facteurs dans office 365 depuis un certains temps, mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui, il n’était pas obligatoire pour les entreprises de protéger leurs comptes. À partir du 31 décembre 2022, Microsoft compte passer l’entièreté de leurs comptes O365 en double authentification appelé aussi « multi-factors authentification » (MFA)
Il est possible que vous ayez certains problèmes à vous connecter à vos mails lorsque vous essayer d’y accéder depuis Outlook, ou même votre smartphone depuis son application « mail » ! En essayant de vous connecter à votre compte via votre navigateur web ou autre, vous avez du constater qu’il vous demande de protégez votre compte avec leur nouvelle application, et vous demande pour ça, tout un petit tas de manipulation à faire. 6. Sélectionnez comme premier choix : « Application mobile »
7. Choisissez ensuite l’option : « Recevoir des notifications pour la vérification » Et puis cliquez sur « Configurer »

Si vous n’avez pas eu la fenêtre de vérification supplémentaire (comme dit ci-dessus et ci-dessous ↓) et que vous ayez simplement dû scanner le code QR, en cliquant ensuite sur « Suivant » (ci-dessus↑), Vous verrez que votre application vous demande de confirmer votre connexion. Confirmez la demande, et constater que votre ordinateur aura validée votre double authentification. Terminer, et votre manipulation est finie !
