L’authentification multi-facteurs obligatoire pour vos compte Microsoft 365 ?
Microsoft a choisi depuis peu, de renforcer leur sécurité, ainsi que celle de ces utilisateurs. Ils avaient déjà implanter l’authentification multi-facteurs dans office 365 depuis un certains temps, mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui, il n’était pas obligatoire pour les entreprises de protéger leurs comptes. À partir du 31 décembre 2022, Microsoft compte passer l’entièreté de leurs comptes O365 en double authentification appelé aussi « multi-factors authentification » (MFA)
Il est possible que vous ayez certains problèmes à vous connecter à vos mails lorsque vous essayer d’y accéder depuis Outlook, ou même votre smartphone depuis son application « mail » ! Si c’est le cas, vous êtes au bon endroit ! Découvrez comment vous connecter à l’application « l’Authenticator » de Microsoft et sécurisez votre compte !
En essayant de vous connecter à votre compte via votre navigateur web ou autre, vous avez du constater qu’il vous demande de protégez votre compte avec leur nouvelle application, et vous demande pour ça, tout un petit tas de manipulation à faire. Il vous fournisse alors un code qr, qui vous sera utile pour votre connexion
1. Pour commencer, sur votre ordinateur rendez-vous sur le site de Microsoft office via le lien web : www.office.com et cliquez sur « Connexion ».

5. Une fois arrivé à cette page de configuration pour la vérification de sécurité supplémentaire, vous verrez apparaître à « l’étape 1 », deux listes déroulante de choix pour permettre à Microsoft de vous contacter afin de vérifier votre identité.
Il se peut fortement, qu’une fois que vous aurez cliqué sur « Suivant » (Étape 4), Microsoft ne vous affiche pas cette fenêtre de vérification supplémentaire mais uniquement la fenêtre de « configurer l’application mobile » (Étape 8)
6. Sélectionnez comme premier choix : « Application mobile »
7. Choisissez ensuite l’option : « Recevoir des notifications pour la vérification » Et puis cliquez sur « Configurer »
9. Premièrement, téléchargez l’application « Authenticator » de Microsoft. Cliquez sur les liens ci-dessous pour télécharger ↓ ou scannez les code QR ci-contre (←).
10. Lancez l’application et acceptez les termes de Microsoft

14. Une fois votre compte apparu, retournez sur internet via votre ordinateur, sur la page précédemment ouverte (ci-contre ←) et cliquez sur « Suivant »
Si vous n’avez pas eu la fenêtre de vérification supplémentaire (comme dit ci-dessus et ci-dessous ↓) et que vous ayez simplement dû scanner le code QR, en cliquant ensuite sur « Suivant » (ci-dessus↑), Vous verrez que votre application vous demande de confirmer votre connexion. Confirmez la demande, et constater que votre ordinateur aura validée votre double authentification. Terminer, et votre manipulation est finie !
15. Dans le cas de la vérification supplémentaire, Terminez l’étape 1 en cliquant sur « Suivant »
16. L’étape 2 est la vérification en « synchronisation » avec votre mobile. Rendez-vous sur l’application « Authenticator »

20. L’application vous permettra d’accéder à quelques paramètres de sécurité « basique » pour votre compte. Vous aurez l’occasion de changer certaines infos de sécurité, mais aussi de changer votre mot de passe. Il vous sera aussi possible de regarder les différentes activités de votre compte.
Le code inscrit est un code à 6 chiffres unique qui se change automatiquement toutes les 30 secondes (qui sert de deuxième manières pour valider son identitée)
